Self-made man [Julian Kostov]

Julian Kostov is an actor with big dreams. He sat with me and opened up about his journey of becoming an actor. The path of an artist and a dreamer requires not only talent but a lot of business savvy and perseverance. His drive and love for what he does have delivered on many fronts – from acting with his favorites (such as Mark Strong in Temple) to producing feature films (The Dare) and managing other talents. His helping hand in discovering the talented Maria Bakalova and facilitating the ultimate Hollywood dream for any actor, anywhere, is a rare gesture of generosity in this very competitive industry. It’s an important message for all, I believe, as his notion of sharing and expanding the valuable know-how of working as an actor is much more productive and inspiring thаn keeping the “competition” guessing.

His dramatic skills are notable in the UK drama Another mother’s son. But he also enjoys kicking ass in some action roles (The Conversation).

The near future holds for him some fantastical moments as Fedyor Kaminsky in the upcoming Shadow and Bone on Netflix.
